To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App's infrastructure.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The App uses Firebase services provided by Google. Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The App also interfaces with Apple's HealthKit framework, subject to Apple's terms and guidelines.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
